Since TaskStream provides digital and service-based solutions, delivery times depend on the nature of the service requested.

2. Processing Time

Service Processing:

Most service requests are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving all required details, documents, and payments.

Delays:

During peak periods (high workload, holidays, or special promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
You will be notified if there is any delay beyond standard timelines.

3. Service Delivery Methods & Timeline

Based on the service type, delivery may be carried out through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
  • TaskStream project dashboard (if applicable)

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Standard Service Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select services)
  • Priority / Same-Day Delivery: Based on availability and service request

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Complexity of the project
  • Client responsiveness
  • Required inputs or approvals

No physical shipping costs apply since services are delivered digitally.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your service, project output, or digital file is delivered:

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation message via email or phone
  • A download link or final file will be sent
  • If applicable, a tracking or progress update link will be shared for ongoing projects

Please allow 24 hours after delivery for all associated links or updates to reflect properly.

5. Service Restrictions

TaskStream does not ship or deliver physical products.
Some services may be restricted in certain regions based on:

If a service cannot be delivered to your location, we will inform you immediately.

6. Order Changes

If you need to modify your service request before processing begins, please contact us immediately.

Once work has started, changes may:

Once a service has been delivered, no modifications to the order details can be made unless covered under our revision policy.

7. Delivery Delays

TaskStream is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late responses from the client
  • Technical issues (server downtime, email delays, etc.)
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, internet disruptions, or system failures

We will keep you informed promptly if any delay occurs.

8. Lost or Undelivered Files

If your delivered file or project output:

  • Did not reach your email
  • Is not opening
  • Is not accessible via link

Please contact us within 3–5 days, and we will re-send the files at no additional cost.

9. Incorrect or Missing Deliverables

If you receive:

  • Incorrect files
  • Incomplete work
  • Missing components

Please reach out immediately so we can correct the issue or resend the missing deliverables.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that:

  • Your email address, phone number, and project details are correct
  • You check your spam/junk folder for emails
  • You respond promptly for approvals or required inputs

TaskStream cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
